Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning the item, please contact our customer service team at support@cozyottomans.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number and any documentation that came with the product.
  3. Shipping: Ship the return to our address using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item's safe return.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@cozyottomans.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, the buyer needs to return the original item at their expense. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cozyottomans.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
